MY COOKBOOK IN THE MAKING-"DELICIOUS CREATION


LAST NIGHT AT 10PM

TROPICAL SHRIMP WITH
BROWN RICE

1/3 cup of green, red, orange, and yellow peppers

1/3 cup scallions

1/3 cup onions

1 cup white cooking wine

1 bag of jumbo shrimp(cooked) 51-60

4 tablespoon of butter
melt in a pan
put 1 cup of wine, 1 tablespoon of chopped garlic, scallions, onions, and all peppers in pan and let simmer for 5 minutes

season shrimps with old bay, salt and pepper and put in oven or grill for 20 min.

pour sauce over shrimps and serve.

suggestions: rice or pasta
